At Vue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
